Sean was terrific for us in every aspect of both the sale of our condo and purchase of a new home. We actually met at an open house about a year prior, I told him exactly what I was looking for, and we were able to close the sale without another agent involved, helping the seller's bottom line and so I could get a lower price. We were not local to the condo we were selling and he handled everything for us, including shipping back wifi equipment, etc. He also gave us perfect guidance on the entire process and we were able to get full price during the sale as a result. Total pro, better person and highly recommended.
